This includes kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, etc. The complete package!  Upon design completion, this service is complete and transitions to the order management phase.

Space planning helps to figure out the most efficient use of floor space, all while considering important factors such as traffic patterns, room layout, and accessibility. This service is most commonly used for clients who have a space that does not function well for them. This can include a living room that is very long, a great room that has multiple rooms and no physical wall dividers, or even a small and angular kitchen where you find yourself doing the "kitchen dance" whenever there is more than one person in it.

With the use of CAD rendering software, we can create 3D renderings of any home and also include furniture and accessories so that potential buyers can see the exact rooms they are walking through but with updated paint color, furniture, and styling. This allows potential buyers to imagine the possibilities if they chose to purchase the home. This service is particularly helpful if the listed house is outdated, but the seller does not intend to complete any updating. The buyer now has a visual aid to see the endless possibilities.

Our full interior styling service is perfect for giving your space a refresh, transitioning your home for the next season, and styling for the holidays. If you have been living with the same furniture and styling for a while and would like some help breathing new life into a space, this service can help. With interior styling, we focus on giving new life to existing pieces, rearranging an existing layout, or purchasing new items for a space.
